All items (gemstone) purchased may be returned provided all return conditions are met.
For Bespoke (made-to-order) items, no refunds or exchanges will be made at the customer's convenience.

If you exercise your right to cancel, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the jewelry. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• All items must be returned in an undamaged and unworn condition, along with the merchandise and any accessories such as certificates, boxes, etc.
• The merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

• To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@ruri.shop with your name, order number, and reason for return.
• Please return the item(s) to us within 30 days from the date you receive the item(s), in a condition that meets the return requirements.
