Shipping Information

RURI will ship purchased items anywhere, securely packaged, and insured to all destinations, but not to P.O. Box addresses; please provide a physical delivery address for shipping. RURI will not be responsible for any duties, VAT, or any taxes charged by the country of destination. We advise you to check with your local authorities prior to placing your order for any additional expense.

• All items are shipped insured.
• The loose gem order ship out between 5-7 business days after RURI receives full payment for the order.
• The made to order ship out between 4-6 weeks after RURI receives full payment for the order.
• Please note that there are a small number of areas, usually in remote rural places, to which we may not be able to deliver within the provided timescale.
