Product Sales
Product delivery time: We usually ship within 5 business days to 6 weeks after receiving your payment. However, there may be a delay if the product is not in stock, during busy periods, or during long vacations.
Delivery methods are Sagawa Express, Japan Post, and FedEx.
Handling of Defective Products: Please be sure to check the product upon arrival.
The following items will be replaced free of charge as soon as possible. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product and return it to us.
- If the product you ordered is different from the one you received
- Damaged or dirty products (defective products)
Returns: If the product is not defective and you wish to return it for your own reasons, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the product and return it to us. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
However, we do not accept returns in the following cases
- Merchandise that has been used
- Products that have been damaged or scratched by the customer
- Items that have been processed or remodeled by the customer
- Items specially ordered or made to order by the customer (e.g., rings, etc.)
- Merchandise for which 31 days or more have passed since delivery
- Items for which NFTs have been issued
