細かい針状ルチルインクルージョンが120度に3方向に交差し、光の干渉によって虹色を輝きを見せてくれます。スリランカのコランダムに見られる代表的なインクルージョンであるフィンガープリント（指紋状）インクルージョンも見られ、スリランカらしい特徴的なインクルージョンが楽しめるサファイアです。
針状インクルージョンが3方向に120度交差し、密集したものは、シルクと呼ばれ、光の当たり方によっては光の干渉を受け、美しい虹色の輝きを見せるケースがあります。

Fine needle-like rutile inclusions intersect 120 degrees in three directions, showing iridescent colors due to the interference of light. Fingerprint inclusions, which are typical of Sri Lankan corundum, can also be seen in this sapphire, and the unique inclusions typical of Sri Lanka can be enjoyed.
In some cases, the needle-like inclusions intersect 120 degrees in three directions and are densely packed together, called silk, and depending on the way the light hits them, the interference of light can cause them to shine in beautiful rainbow colors.
